A Colorado Springs man goes above and beyond to help the innocent victim of a street racing crash.
Brian Burnett was driving on Milton Proby Parkway near Powers Boulevard Monday night when he saw a smashed SUV in the roadway.
“I decided to stop and see if I could help,” said Burnett. “It was clear the occupant inside was severely injured.”
Burnett was one of at least a dozen who stopped. Police said the crash victim, James Stephens, could have easily been killed after a driver street racing another car blew through a red light. (Read More)
